Payment is due in full prior to the beginning of each semester. 

An approved loan qualifies as payment towards the balance.

Enrollment in the Nelnet payment plan (explained below) for the balance due qualifies as payment in full.  If the Nelnet payment agreement is not upheld and no other payment arrangement is made, a student may be deregistered from their classes.

Accepted payment methods

Payment methods are an important consideration when planning how to pay for college. 91¸£Àû accepts:

• Cash
• Personal check
• Cashier’s check
• Money order
• 529 Savings Plan
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
• Wire transfer
• Electronic checks (through the Self-Service portal only)

Cash payments can be made in person in the Business Office located on the first floor of the Administration Building. The Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., for in-person payments.

Credit card and electronic check payments can be made online through the Self-Service portal. There is a non-refundable convenience fee added to all credit card payments. There is no convenience fee associated with electronic check payments.

Wire transfers: some banks charge fees for wire transfers; if fees are charged, you should include the fee amount in the total you are sending to King’s College.

What payment plans are available?

Another important consideration when researching how to pay for college is determining if your college offers a payment plan. King’s College partners with a third-party vendor, Nelnet, to accommodate students and authorized payers who wish to make tuition payments monthly. You can contact Nelnet by phone 1-800-609-8056 or to set up a payment plan. Use the ZIP Code of 18711 when looking up King’s College under institution. Payment plans can be set up for Fall and Spring semesters. Payment plans do not automatically roll over and will need to be set up each semester. All questions regarding the payment plan need to be directed to Nelnet customer service.
